I will see how long I stick to writing these thingies! I tried doing a tumblr a while back... (https://www.tumblr.com/blog/jbtenfour) I had a few good entries; one of the best ones was about my first craft fair. I might post that entry on this blog...

The name JBtenFour has been around since about 2003, long before I even knew what my ascetic was! JB were my initials at the time and ten-four is my birthday! Ta-dah! A brand was born!

I was born and raised in Indiana and didn't move away until January 2007. I needed a change after my grandmother passed away in 2006. She always said I would love the West Coast, so I decided to take her word for it! (I had never been that far west!) A few years later, I met my husband! Crazy how things work! We have lived in Guam and Maryland together, and we have the three most beautiful cats!

I've learned a lot since my tumblr attempts. My designs have evolved. I put myself "out there" by attending countless craft fairs. I opened an Etsy shop a few years back. And while living in Southern Maryland, I had a spot in a local shop!

All these milestones have brought me to where I am today. I'm living in Southern California again, and recently, I closed the Etsy shop, where I sold over 650 items and decided to continue on with my own website!
